Another good week for the sales team at Mildenhall! One sale agreed was for a property that had just come to the market with us, having previously been marketed with one of our competitiors – it took just a handful of days to agree a sale. Two of the other sales saw mutiple offers on the same properties – a situation we haven’t seen since the height of the market a couple of years ago. It seems as though the sales market is picking up…..
