The sales teams at Mildenhall and Bury St Edmunds have seen a marked increase in the number of properties coming to the market since last weeks suspension of HIPs. With the requirement now only being for an Energy Performance Certificate to be ordered before marketing commences, and the nominal cost that this process this now involves, many vendors are taking the opportunity of entering the market in readiness for the summer months.
