Secretary
Carol is the Senior Administrator and Secretary to David Kemble-Taylor having joined Shires over 10 years ago and completes confidential correspondence and undertakes specific assignments for clients of the office with respect to their property requirements. Carol also monitors the systems for compliance with regulations.

Ryan Isaac
Senior Negotiator
Ryan is an experienced communicator working out of the office, being customer focused and conducting viewings for prospective tenants or buyers. Ryan also completes the regular property inspections for the managed portfolio and is the link with our Mildenhall office to provide the facility for USAF personnel to locate suitable properties to rent.

Lettings Coordinator
Trudi oversees the administration of the lettings department and maintains communication between landlords and the office through the rental management systems which were specifically created in response to strong demand from landlords for their properties to be managed.

Lettings Administrator
Clare is responsible for processing the tenancy applications, obtaining the required references and preparing the legal documentation. Clare has extensive knowledge of administration support and coordinates the landlords and tenants requirements to meet early deadlines.

Director
Richard joined Shires in 2002 having previously worked throughout Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. Having lived in the Mildenhall area all of his life, his local knowledge and experience is fundamental in today’s selling market. He heads up the sales team for the Mildenhall office.
