Search and Acquisition

We also provide a search & acquisition service, sometimes referred to as a ‘buying service’. In this scenario we act for the buyer or tenant.

At our initial meeting we will establish your requirements, advise on market conditions and trends and establish what is feasible within your budget in your preferred location.

We will then study the market closely, liaise with agents, and conduct preliminary viewings to establish a ‘short list’ of appropriate homes. Once compiled, we will organise with you a schedule of viewings, when we will accompany you to the properties to advise on both the positives and negatives to ensure that the correct property is secured.

Once you have decided on ‘the one’, we will handle negotiations on your behalf. Using a process of comparison and with your input we will determine the price that you are prepared to pay. We then set about acquiring the property for you at the best possible price.

Having successfully negotiated the price we will oversee the sale/rental arrangements on a daily basis, liaising with estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers, surveyors and specialist professional services on your behalf. Our aim is to complete the transaction quickly and effectively.
